兰睿,女,1983年1月生;工学博士,副教授。博士生导师。
2007年10月获得日本文部科学省奖学金,到日本东京工业大学硕博连读,于2012年3月获得工学博士学位。2011年1月获得日本理工学振兴会研究助成基金。2012年4月-2013年3月在德国亚琛工业大学做博士后。在《Appl Surf Sci》、《J Alloy&Compd》《J Appl Phys》等SCI收录杂志上发表第一作者、通讯作者论文多篇。是Advanced Functional Materials, Journal of Alloys and Compounds等国际著名期刊审稿人。在 Springer Nature出版社出版英文专著一部,主持完成国家自然科学基金(No.51401090)、江苏省自然科学基金(BK20140515)、装发部重点实验室基金;获2014年江苏省双创计划--境外世界名校博士项目资助。博士生导师、学术型、专业型硕士研究生指导教师。
迄今指导硕士研究生10余人,指导的研究生获国家奖学金1人次,省研究生创新计划2人次。毕业学生多就职于半导体企业,包括台积电、中芯国际、华虹半导体、士兰微等。欢迎材料、物理等专业的优秀学子报考本课题组!
