邵勇,男,工学博士,毕业于上海交通大学塑性成形技术与装备研究院,正高级实验师,研究生导师,诺丁汉大学访问学者,曾任中航工业沈阳黎明航空发动机有限责任公司叶片精锻工艺室主任,主要从事材料加工过程设计、优化、模拟及多尺度结构性能研究。以第一作者/通信作者发表期刊论文30余篇;主持/参与国家级、省部级科研项目6项;主持企业委托课题10余项;以第一作者/通信作者发表学术论文30余篇,以第一发明人授权发明专利9项,授权软件著作权3项,发表学术专著1部,指导大学生参加中国机械工程创新创业大赛、先进成图技术与产品信息建模创新大赛、全国三维数字化创新设计大赛等各类学科竞赛获奖20多项,获江苏科技大学教学成果奖、教学成果精品课程建设团队、江苏科技大学优秀教育工作者、江苏省科技镇长团荣誉团员、江苏省科技镇长团镇江市优秀团员。
主要研究成果:
1、基于连续体结构拓扑优化理论及方法,首次提出了金属材料复杂大变形问题的预成形多目标约束优化设计方法,并成功应用于航空发动机精锻叶片设计。
2、研制了纳米TiC+TiB2陶瓷颗粒增强的高温合金热锻棒材及铝合金轧制板材,新型复合材料综合力学性能优异,并实现了工业化生产。
3、通过高能合金化方法,在金属材料表面原位生成多种高性能复合涂层。
4、提出新的铝合金热塑性流变行为本构关系模型,为高性能铝合金热塑性加工工艺制定及微观组织调控提供依据。
5、金属基复合材料搅拌摩擦焊接行为数值分析及微结构组织预测。
1、金属材料塑性成形过程宏/微观变形行为及微观机理研究。
2、最优化设计理论及其在材料成形过程中的应用。
3、金属基复合材料的制备、成形及组织性能研究。
4、搅拌摩擦焊接技术研究。
