王晓丽,女,工学博士,硕士研究生导师。
承担国家青年基金(51205176)1项,参与国家自然科学青年基金两项(51301077, 51005106);主持校博士启动基金1项;主持或参考江苏科技大学科研基金、国家重点实验室开放基金多项;主持横向项目多项。承担江苏省现代教育技术研究重点课题1项,承担江苏科技大学高等教育科学研究课题1项。近三年发表SCI论文11篇,其中以通讯作者发表7篇。现为国际期刊Journal of materials engineering and performance, Alloy and compounds, Materials & Design等杂志审稿人。
1、增材制造
以金属电弧增材制造技术重大需求为牵引,围绕增材制造特有成形和性能调控等科学问题展开系统的基础研究和应用研究,开展增材产品服役性能研究。
2、表面改性
以堆焊和熔覆为手段研究材料表面改性,围绕金属基材料应用所面临的科学问题和应用技术问题开展研究工作,重点对镍基合金和仿生结构进行研究,为其工业应用提供有效解决方案。
3、功能梯度材料
以电弧多丝增材为手段制备功能梯度材料,多尺度研究梯度功能材料性能和微观组织演变,设计多功能特性,开发其工业潜在应用。
