  • Dr. Haiyan ZHANG joined the School of Economics and Management, Jiangsu University of Science and
    Technology (JUST) as a teacher and researcher in June 2002. She is an associate professor of JUST since
    2014. She has successfully obtained research grants as the principal investigator from Jiangsu Provincial
    Education Board (Philosophy and Social Science Fund Project in Jiangsu Colleges), the Zhenjiang
    Philosophy and Social Science Committee, and JUST to explore institutional factors and development of
    environmental innovation. She is also the co-investigator on the project related to supervising the
    enterprise from State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission (SASAC) grants. Dr.
    ZHANG has also contributed significantly in supervising students since joining JUST. She taught eight
    undergraduate courses. The students’ feedbacks are top 10 among all courses and she received higher peer
    colleagues’ evaluation. Meanwhile, an outstanding teaching award is issued to her in 2013.
    Before joining the JUST, Dr. ZHANG served as an intermediate economist of Hua Yu Electronics Ltd.,
    a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation(CSIC). Her main work is about industry
    information technology services.
    Dr. ZHANG received her B. Eng. degree (1994) in industry trade from Harbin Engineering
    University(HEU), M.A. Econ. (2002) degree in industry economics from Chongqing University(CQU),
    and then her PhD. degree (2016) in management science and engineering from University of Electronic
    Science and Technology of China(UESTC).
