钟伟,男,1983年生,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主要从事气压传动及控制、气体润滑理论与应用技术和工业自动化测试等研究工作。2017年入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养计划,2019年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养计划。近年来的研究重点包括:(1)多孔介质流量特性的解析;(2)半导体元件(如液晶玻璃基板、半导体硅片)的气浮输运系统的研发及物理现象的解析;(3)工业自动化测试设备及系统研发。获得2项国家自然科学基金项目资助,发表论文30余篇,其中SCI/EI收录24篇,已获得授权发明专利8项。

随着工业技术的迅速发展,气动系统己被广泛应用于工业生产的各个领域。在气动元件选型及系统的设计过程中,准确地把握元件的流量特性非常重要,如何对各种不同的气动元件的流量特性进行描述以及利用尽可能节省能源的方式来进行测试,成为全球的研究热点。当前,多孔质作为一种重要的材料,被广泛应用于空气过滤器、消音器、换热器和气浮轴承等元件中。多孔质是一种内部由相互贯通或封闭的孔洞而构成网络结构的材料,其具有重量轻、隔音、隔热、渗透性好等优点,把握这一类多孔质气阻的流量特性对其在工业上的应用具有极大的促进作用。
