系统承担过5门本科生课程授课及一门研究生课程授课,连续三年教学年度考核等级均为A+等级,并主持省级教改课题2项。积极指导本科生创新创业,以本科生第一作者在SCI Top期刊上发表8篇论文,申请发明专利6项目,授权1项,获批省国家级科创项目2 项,并且荣获全国能源动力类百篇优秀毕业设计论文1篇、江苏省优毕业设计2次,校优秀本科毕设/团队3 次。获得全国“互联网+” 铜奖1项、江苏省挑战杯、“互联网+”一等奖、二等奖多次。培养研究生 15 名,均输送至行业内重要岗位。带领所在专业获批2022 年省一流专业建设点,成功通过了工程认证。科研方面,近五年来在舰船红外隐身、飞行器环境控制、高效换热及污染物控制等领域取得了进步,形成了稳定的研究方向。在科研项目立项和产学研科技服务中,立项数量呈现稳步增长的趋势。近年来,主持各类项目20余项,为科研反哺教学、产教融合提供了广泛的实践机会,促进了科研成果的转化和应用。近五年上述研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者在能源动力类权威期刊上发表论文40余篇,授权发明专利20项。上述这些创新成果荣获了上海市科学技术进步奖、江苏省制冷学会科学技术奖。
