  • Introduction


    I am a member of the faculty in the department of applied physics at USTC. I have undertaken Physics related teaching and functional film direction research. My research interests lie in the areas of: thin film growth, the energy storage and conversion, photovoltaic effect based on the ferroelectrics. In recent years, I have published 10 teaching and research papers, and has hosted and participated in 2 scientific research projects.

  • Research Focus


    · Functional oxide thin films, such as ferroelectrics and mutliferroics.

    · Bi-based perovskite and layered perovskite.

    · The energy storage and conversion based on ferroelectrics, dielectrics and their nanocomposites with polymer.

    · Ferroelectrics photovoltaic effect.
