尚凡敏,女,山东东营人,工学博士,硕导。江苏省卓越博士后、江苏省“科技副总”。目前主要从事激光熔覆铁基合金微观组织与耐蚀耐磨性能研究工作。主持江苏省卓越博士后资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目企业委托项目等科研项目;主持教育部产学合作协同育人教改项目。在Materials Science and Engineering A、Surface & Coatings Technology、alloy steel coating、Optics & Laser Technology等重要期刊发表论文10余篇,授权国家发明专利4件、发达国家发明专利1件。担任《兵器材料科学与工程》、《金属加工(热加工)》期刊青年编委。
