  • Introduction

    Yuan yanyan, Ph.D., associate professor.Master student supervisor


    In 2014, she graduated from the university of Paris vi (now renamed as Sorbonne univeristy) with a doctor degree.Since 2015, she has been working in school of materials, jiangsu university of science and technology.At present, the research field are mainly about high hardness, high temperature oxidation resistant multilayer hard coating, photoelectric functional film flexible device preparation and interface analysis.

    Up to now, she holds one project of national natural fundation of China (youth fund) entitled  on th preparation of periodic metal nitrogen oxide superhard coating and its interface structure change mechanism, and participated in two national natural fund ation of China projects.


    she received doctor of entrepreneurship and innovation in jiangsu province in 2016.Recently 10 papers she has been published more than 10 SCI papers in  the journal of "Applied surface Science", "surface &coating technology", "surface and interface analysis" respectively as the first author, and also has published many papers by collaborators.


  • Research Focus

    1. Study on the hard coatings and interfaces of periodic multilayer films, mainly including metal nitride and transition metal nitrogen oxides, such as TiN/CrON, TiN/ZrON,AlON, etc. Study on the preparation of periodic structural films (including periodic modulation and composition modulation), the physical and chemical environment of multilayer film interfaces, and the epitaxial growth construction between layers, etc.An efficient method for preparation of multifunctional protective coatings was developed.


    2. Study on transition metal nox films: regulate the composition, bandwidth and structure of prepared films;Development of thin film materials for semiconductor, energy and optoelectronic applications;develop the efficient preparation of thin film materials and promote industrial application.
