蔡星伟,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主持或主要参加国家自然科学基金2项,江苏省重点研发项目(产学研合作项目))2项,江苏省高校协同创新项目4项,镇江市重点研发项目-产业前瞻与共性关键技术2项,镇江市国际合作项目1项,企业委托横向项目10余项。江苏省科技副总(2020),镇江市169人才工程(2021),江苏省333工程第三层次培养对象(2022)。
入职以来发表科研论文40余篇,申请及授权专利14件,国际发明专利3项。获中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖1项(排名第一),镇江市科技进步奖三等奖1项(排名第一),镇江市产学研合作项目奖三等奖1项(排名第一)。
近年来主要研究清洁灭火剂的开发以及水性环保涂料的开发:新一代清洁环保灭火药剂全氟酮已经完成实验室研发阶段,目前已过渡到中试开发阶段,已取得各项工程及工艺参数等数据包,正在开展项目的推广与应用;涂料的绿色化是近年开发的焦点,水性涂料是涂料环保绿色化的重要研究方向之一。将纳米复合材料及石墨烯等无机材料引入到水性涂料是我们研究的主要方向,目前课题组正在开发石墨烯改性水性聚氨酯涂料的研发,以及带锈涂料等多功能高分子材料的开发。
