陈建志,男,山东枣庄人,工学博士,副教授,硕导。中国机械工程学会高级会员,中国材料学会会员,江苏省“科技副总”。目前主要从事先进工程材料疲劳行为分析、损伤容限与寿命预测、结构完整性与可靠性分析、基于AI的疲劳性能评估等科研工作。主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目、广东省基础与应用基础研究省市联合基金项目、江苏省高校基金面上项目以及企业委托项目等科研项目;主持教育部产学合作协同育人项目、江苏科技大学教育教学改革研究项目和江苏科技大学“科创融合”实验教学项目等教改项目。在International Journal of Fatigue、Materials Science and Engineering A等重要期刊发表论文20余篇,以第一发明人授权国家发明专利4件、发达国家发明专利1件、软件著作权1项。担任《兵器材料科学与工程》、《金属加工(热加工)》期刊青年编委,担任Journal of manufacturing process等重要SCI期刊的审稿专家。
